Annual Conference
Each year, LDEI hosts its Annual Conference, which reflects the culture of the host city and is jam-packed with educational seminars, pre-conference tours and post-conference activities that showcase the Conference’s locale, as well as inspirational activities and networking opportunities with Dames from around the globe. Traditionally held in October, the conference is changing to a spring date beginning in 2026.

The LDEI Conference Committee is delighted to present the 2026 LDEI Annual Conference program!
The Cosmopolitan Hotel is a fantastic venue for our gathering. Everything we need is conveniently located in the same area, and we won’t have to navigate a crowded casino in order to move from space to space. The vibe is elegant and their cheeky motto is ‘Just the Right Amount of Wrong’.
A few days ago, you received an email about the hotel registration. It included a key change: Dames will need to book their hotel room before registering for the Conference. There will be a place on the registration form to enter your hotel confirmation number, which unlocks a special registration rate. And, of course, we’ll all want to stay where the action is!
As you peruse the brochure, you’ll note we have some exciting new programming.
Pre-Conference Tours – Rather than provide tours in a city that has so much buzz and excitement, we’ll share a curated list of popular Las Vegas tours, concerts, and events happening in April for you to choose from. Attendees can book these independently and even connect for ridesharing through group chats in Guidebook, our Conference app.
Business Development Workshop – As another pre-conference option, we’re offering a half-day, hands-on Business Development Workshop that is focused on social media and marketing for businesses. Space will be limited to keep it personalized and impactful, and participants will take away practical tools for continued growth. Anyone who handles marketing strategy for their business won’t want to miss this. There’s an additional fee, and it’s scheduled for the afternoon so most attendees can arrive that morning—no extra hotel night required!
Conference Programming
Our educational sessions cover topics like strategic chapter planning, PR/media strategies, and ways to leverage AI personally and professionally. Of course, we’re also including sessions on personal growth and inspirational stories to fill your cup.
Roundtable Discussions
New this year are guided roundtables, offering engaging conversations on a range of timely topics and taking place throughout the Conference. With such a talented membership, these sessions will create meaningful opportunities for collaboration and networking beyond cocktail hour (though we wouldn’t dream of skipping that!).
