LDEI and The Wine Group (TWG), a global leader in the wine industry, are pleased to announce the launch of Scholarships for Impactful Change which will award scholarships to women who are pursuing a degree from an accredited educational institution in culinary or pastry arts education, food systems or agriculture/farming, hospitality management, dietetics and/or nutrition or the beverage industries.
The Scholarships for Impactful Change application opens April 3, 2023, and closes May 19, 2023. Four scholarships in the amount of $5,000 each will be awarded on June 5, 2023. Scholarships are available to women aged 21 and older. LDEI will select applicants who will receive scholarships based on merit, financial need, and community service.
Applicants must be enrolled full time in an accredited school or institution in an undergraduate or graduate program in one of the following:
- Beverage industries program
- Culinary or pastry arts education
- Food systems program or agriculture/farming
- Hospitality management program
- Dietetics and/or nutrition
