Paula Lambert, founder of the Mozzarella Company in Dallas, Texas, and Bev Shaffer, a Cleveland-based chef, recipe developer, author and culinary instructor, will be recognized with the Grande Dame Lifetime Achievement Award by Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI).
