It is with great sadness that our Les Dames d’Escoffier International family bids an extraordinary woman, Carol Brock, goodbye.
Our Grandest Dame of all, Carol, passed peacefully of natural causes on Monday, July 27.
We have all loved her in life…and will continue to cherish her memory.
Please join us for a special memorial at noon on Monday, August 3. We will debut a moving tribute video, and each chapter will be invited to share a unique memory of Carol.
Each chapter will be allotted 5 minutes to speak. Please identify, in advance, those who will speak on behalf of your chapter and limit the comments to 5 minutes. With 45 chapters that could potentially have comments, we want to be mindful of timing so that all chapters can participate.
